Photos
It is a condition of participating in the online courses led by Karen Kingston on this site that you upload a recent photo of yourself (preferably taken within the last year) within the first three days of a course. It will appear next to each post you make and will allow other course participants to be able to relate to you better.
Hiding behind an alternative image such as a flower will not facilitate your own progress in the course and can create an uncomfortable feeling for other participants because of not being able to see who is reading their posts. It is therefore not permitted.
A square head and shoulders image is needed, with you looking towards the camera and not wearing sunglasses or anything that obscures your face. Please do not include other people or pets in the photo.
The optimum size is 200 x 200 px and there is a built-in editing tool if resizing is necessary, or you can send your photo via email to Karen Kingston if you need help with this.
Language
Courtesy to other participants
Each participant is encouraged to make a post to each step of the course as it progresses, and perhaps add a few comments to other people’s posts. However please do not make so many posts or comments that it will cause irritation to other participants or make them feel overwhelmed by having too much to read. A good guideline is one post per step of no more than 10 lines in length, and no more than two or three brief comments to each step.

To preserve the integrity of the space, you may not sell, promote or advertise any products, services, websites, forums, or email addresses on this site. The use of last names and business names is also not permitted.

It must be understood and agreed to by users of this site that all messages posted express the views of the author, and Clear Space Living Ltd, Karen Kingston Courses, and Karen Kingston will not be held responsible for the content of any message. The administrators and moderators of this site will do everything possible to bar objectionable messages, and reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason. Violation of any of the site terms and rules will result in termination of membership, and the decision of site administrators and moderators will be final. They ultimately have complete discretion over what is and is not acceptable.
