Essential Space Clearing

What this course is about
There are three levels of space clearing you can do in your own home.
- Basic Space Clearing
- Essential Space Clearing
- Full Space Clearing
Essential Space Clearing is the middle level. The ceremony requires more equipment than Basic Space Clearing and it takes a little longer, but it’s well worth it because the results are deeper and longer-lasting.
Some parts of the Essential Space Clearing ceremony are the same as the techniques taught in our Basic Space Clearing and Personal Belling courses. This course covers the more advanced techniques in Steps 13–16 of the ceremony:
- How to create a flower offering
- How to create an Essential Space Clearing altar
- How to make space clearing water
- How to activate a flower offering
Who the course is for
This course builds on the techniques taught in the Basic Space Clearing and Personal Belling courses. You will need to have taken those courses and successfully practised the techniques taught in them before taking this course.
Like those courses, this is NOT a professional training, so taking it will not mean you can publicly claim to have been trained by us. It is for personal use only.
Who the course is NOT for
This course contains more advanced material than can be found in our books. We’re sorry, but we have not found it possible to teach the techniques effectively to anyone currently taking anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications because of the etheric numbing effect these medications have.
Equipment you will need
To actively participate in the course, you will need:
- Copies of these two books (in print or ebook format):
- An Essential Space Clearing Kit, consisting of:
- A Balinese space clearing bell
- A small bell stand
- A harmony ball and stand
- An altar cloth
- A space clearing water pot and saucer
If you already have a Basic Space Clearing Kit, you won’t need to purchase an Essential Space Clearing Kit. The two additional items you need can be purchased individually:
- A small or miniature altar cloth
- A space clearing water pot and saucer
For the best results, we recommend using a large Balinese space clearing bell because it will give you the best results for personal belling and can be used to space clear both large and small rooms.
We also we recommend using a Balinese space clearing altar cloth, although we realize this may not be possible if you live in Europe because we are no longer able to ship altar cloths there.
- Household items and materials
You will need some household items and materials, including a small saucer or plate, a tealight candle, and some flower heads for the flower offering. Full details will be provided early in the course to give you time to gather them.
How to access the course
Three days before the course begins, you will receive login details to the private message board where the course is conducted.
The course consists of seven steps, with a new step posted to the message board every three days. You will have 24/7 access from anywhere in the world to read the material, ask us questions about it, and make any posts you wish to make.
To safeguard confidentiality, all course material will be taken offline and deleted at midnight US Pacific Time on the last day. Please be sure to read and view everything you wish to read and view before then.

Refund Policy
Course bookings are personal and may not be transferred to another course or another person. The course fee is fully refundable until midnight (UK time) on the day before the course begins. Once a course has started, no refunds will be made.
Course materials
To safeguard the confidentiality of all participants, all course material is permanently deleted at the end of each course. It is therefore not possible, in any circumstances, to supply missed course material to any participant after a course has ended.
EU Customers: Statutory Rights of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from certain contracts under applicable consumer protection legislation. These statutory rights are separate from our own refund policy.
Where applicable, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by completing our online Cancel an Order or Booking form.
By booking a course that starts on a specified date, you expressly request that we begin providing the services on that date. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may end once the course has begun.
Cancellation by Karen Kingston Courses
Karen Kingston Courses reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course in the highly unlikely event that Karen Kingston is unable to lead it or insufficient bookings are received. In either case, all course fees paid will be refunded in full. Karen Kingston Courses shall not be liable for any consequential costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.
