All course participants must be 18 years of age or over.

Confidentiality
It is a condition of booking that each participant agrees not to share the content of any course with anyone outside the course. This includes Karen Kingston’s posts and other participants’ posts, both during the course and after it has finished.

Personal Use
The course material is provided for your personal use only. It may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Karen Kingston Courses. The courses are for personal development and are not a professional training or certification.

Email Notifications
As a courtesy, an email notification will be sent each time a new step of the course is posted. By booking a course, you agree to receive these course-related emails. You may unsubscribe from these notifications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the emails. Please note that unsubscribing may mean you no longer receive notifications when new course material is posted.

Refund Policy
Course bookings are personal and may not be transferred to another course or another person. The course fee is fully refundable until midnight (UK time) on the day before the course begins. Once a course has started, no refunds will be made.

Course materials
To safeguard the confidentiality of all participants, all course material is permanently deleted at the end of each course. It is therefore not possible, in any circumstances, to supply missed course material to any participant after a course has ended.

EU Customers: Statutory Rights of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have statutory rights to withdraw from certain contracts under applicable consumer protection legislation. These statutory rights are separate from our own refund policy.

Where applicable, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by completing our online Cancel an Order or Booking form.

By booking a course that starts on a specified date, you expressly request that we begin providing the services on that date. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may end once the course has begun.

Cancellation by Karen Kingston Courses
Karen Kingston Courses reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course in the highly unlikely event that Karen Kingston is unable to lead it or insufficient bookings are received. In either case, all course fees paid will be refunded in full. Karen Kingston Courses shall not be liable for any consequential costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.

Previous participants have found it so helpful to listen to the audiobook of Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui while taking a course that I now recommend it to everyone. Through audio recordings, I can pass a much deeper level than you can get from just reading the book yourself.
